SUSPENDED GLASS CANOPIES AV16

This type of suspended glass canopy AV16 is mounted onto new or existing civil structures, comprising a glass panel with two rows of holes. One for the supporting side and one for the suspension side.
Suspension is to be effected by means of 2 or more suspension rods, supporting by means of support brackets with hinge support, water channel, angel-bar or u-profil.
The glass plate may be sloped to or from the building.

In order to design a canopy properly the following specifications must be known:
– Address of building  – Mounting height meter above sea level
– Height of buildings  – Wind load  – Snow load  – Slope of the canopy
Based on these data the thickness of the glass, the number of supports / suspensions will be calculated
